Inside the Hive is a conversation between nurses about the parts of the work nobody puts in a syllabus. Most podcasts end when the episode does. Ours gets built into accredited continuing education, so what you say keeps teaching nurses long after the recording.
Plenty of shows will give you forty-five minutes and a link. What they cannot give you is an audience of nurses who are sitting down with your episode on purpose, because it is how they are earning the hours their license requires.
THE RARE ONE
Your episode becomes accredited CE
HIVE Nurse writes objectives, evidence and a post-test around the conversation, and the finished activity carries contact hours. Nurses do not skim it. They complete it, and their board sees it.
Planned, reviewed and accredited by HIVE Nurse, not by you
Your name and credentials on the activity as faculty
Anchored to real evidence, so it holds up
A room full of the right people
The episode goes out free on YouTube and into the HIVE Nurse feed, where nurses find it without paying anything. You are not talking past an audience hoping a few of them are nurses.
Free on YouTube and in the feed
Shared to the HIVE Nurse list and socials
A permanent page with your bio and your link
Clips you can actually use
You leave with the recording and short vertical cuts of the strongest moments, captioned, for your own feeds. Yours to post wherever you like, with no permission to ask for.

What HIVE Nurse does
Sends the questions ahead so nothing is a surprise
Records and edits it, and cuts what does not serve a nurse
Writes the continuing education material around the conversation
Carries the accreditation, the disclosures and the paperwork
Publishes it free, and promotes it to our feed and list
Shows you the learner-facing description before it goes live
What you bring
One subject you know deeply, and a real story inside it
Forty-five minutes on Zoom, somewhere quiet, with headphones
A disclosure of financial relationships, signed with this application
A signed release for the recording and your likeness
A willingness to be edited, and to be specific rather than safe
No selling from the episode
How it works
From this form to a published hour
1
You apply
A few questions, your disclosure, and what you would want to talk about.
2
We read it
Within a week. If it fits, we book a short call to shape the angle.
3
You record
About forty-five minutes on Zoom, with the questions already in hand.
4
We build the CE
Objectives, evidence, post-test and review. This is the slow part.
5
It goes live
Free on YouTube and the feed, accredited on HIVE Nurse, clips to you.
Who we're looking for
Not a highlight reel. People who can say the specific, uncomfortable, useful thing, and stay in it for forty-five minutes.
Bedside nurses
Still in it, with something nobody says out loud.
Nurse leaders
Who will talk about what did not work, too.
Specialists
One narrow subject, years deep.
Researchers & educators
With evidence a nurse can use by Monday.
Nurses who left
And can say honestly why.
Outside healthcare
When the lens genuinely changes how a nurse sees the work.
Not sure yet?
Talk it through with Elizabeth first.
Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck, nothing committed. Bring a half-formed idea and we will tell you honestly whether it is an episode, a course, or neither.
No. The audience is nurses, so it has to land for them, but some of the best episodes come from physicians, therapists, researchers, patients, and people who have never worked in healthcare at all.
How much of my time is this?
One recording of about forty-five minutes, a few minutes of paperwork before it, and a short call beforehand if we have not already spoken. HIVE Nurse writes everything that turns it into CE.
Does it pay?
Guest spots are not paid. What you get is the audience, the accredited episode with your name on it, and the clips.
Why all the questions about financial relationships?
Because a guest controls content. Accredited CE requires everyone in a position to control content to disclose relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies, requires the provider to resolve anything disclosed, and requires nurses to be told the outcome before they start. Saying yes does not disqualify you. Not telling us does.
Can I talk about my business?
You can say what you do and where to find you, and it goes in your bio on the episode page. What you cannot do is sell from the episode. If it reads as promotion it cannot carry contact hours, and the contact hours are the reason it is worth your time.
What if I say something wrong?
It is edited, and anything that would mislead a nurse is cut or corrected in the written material around the episode. You see the learner-facing description before it is published. Guests do not get edit approval over the cut itself.
Somebody on shift tonight needs to hear it.
You've already lived the part that takes years. The forty-five minutes is the easy half.
