What you will be able to do
- Identify the six healthy work environment standards and the standard a described unit finding belongs under, and describe what the evidence associates with the health of the nurse work environment and with post-event debriefs.
- Describe a specific application to your own unit, rating it against at least one healthy work environment standard with a dated, specific finding and naming one practice you can start without formal authority (for example, asking a colleague how you want to be recognised, or a post-event debrief).
