- Identify the Florida authority that governs a nursing question — the statutory definitions of professional and practical nursing, the conditions for lawful delegation and the tasks that may never be delegated, the acts defined as unprofessional conduct, the disciplinary process, reporting duties, telehealth and records requirements, and the 2025–2026 legislative changes —.
- Describe a specific application of Florida law to your own practice setting — checking the current text and effective date of a rule before relying on it, testing a delegation against the statutory conditions, or meeting a reporting or records duty —.
- Report having made a specific change in your own practice to align it with Florida law (for example, stopping countersignature of assessments you did not perform, changing how you delegate, or checking a rule's current text before relying on it).
